Could you be missing out on an energy concession?
Many people who are eligible for a concession rebate on their energy bills never claim it.
From 1 July 2026, when you join or change your plan, we'll tell you about the concessions, rebates, and relief available where you live and ask whether you might be eligible - so support is easier to find. If you stop being eligible for a concession you've been receiving, we'll let you know.
You don't have to wait: If you think you may be eligible, contact us any tume and we'll help you check.
The NSW Government offers a range of rebates to help with energy bills, delivered through its Social Programs for Energy Code. Holders of a Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card of DVA Gold Card may be eligible. See each rebate below for how to apply. To apply for the Low-Income Household Rebate and/or NSW Gas Rebate, or to update your concession details, please print, complete, and return the Sumo Concession Form.
