VIC Electricity
Powercor/United/Citipower
This is raised directly to the distributor via their network portal. Please see below:

Jemena/Ausnet
- You must have a valid Sumo account.
- Engage with an electrician, they will confirm what work is required.
- They will then need to complete and send an EWR (Electrical Works Request) form and any other required documents to connections@sumo.com.au
- Please allow at least 20 business days for this request to complete.
VIC Gas
- You must have a valid Sumo account.
- Please fill out the alteration form (You may need a plumber to help you fill this out) and email to connections@sumo.com.au
- Please allow at least 20 business days for this request to complete.
NSW Electricity
- You should engage an Accredited Service Provider (ASP), this is a type of electrician.
- Your electrician will need to complete any works required and notify your distributor.
- If any action is required by Sumo, your electrician will need to notify Sumo via an email to connections@sumo.com.au
NSW Gas
- You must submit your request to Jemena directly: https://mygasservices.jemena.com.au/gdp/login/auth
- Jemena will notify Sumo once the works have been completed.
- Please allow at least 20 business days for this request to complete.
QLD
- You must have an active Sumo account.
- Engage with an electrician, they will confirm what work is required.
- Any alterations need to be requested to Energex directly, through their online portal.
- Energex will send an EWR (Electrical Works Request) to Sumo and we will raise any service orders required.
- Please allow at least 20 business days for this request to complete.
SA
- You must have an active Sumo account.
- Engage with an electrician, they will confirm what work is required.
- Any alterations need to be requested by your electrician to SAPN directly, through their online portal.
- Sumo will then be notified by SAPN, and we will raise any service orders required.
- Please allow at least 20 business days for this request to complete.
