Powercor/United/Citipower

This is raised directly to the distributor via their network portal. Please see below:

Jemena/Ausnet

  • You must have a valid Sumo account.
  • Your electrician needs to complete the VESI form and return to the connections@sumo.com.au
  • Please allow at least 20 business days for this request to complete.
  • NOTE - *If the site is deenergised (no power at the property) but Sumo has the billing rights, you can apply directly to the network for abolishment.

 

VIC Gas

  • You must have a valid Sumo account.
  • Please fill out the alteration form (You may need a plumber to help you fill this out) and email to connections@sumo.com.au
  • Please allow at least 20 business days for this request to complete.

 

NSW Electricity

  • You should engage an Accredited Service Provider (ASP), this is a type of electrician.
  • Your electrician will need to complete any works required and notify your distributor.
  • Sumo does not action this request, but we will be notified by your distributor once the works have been completed and will close your account.

 

NSW Gas

  • You must have an active Sumo account.
  • You can email the request directly to connections@sumo.com.au
  • Please include the following details: Account number, customer name, site address, meter number and date site is vacant from.
  • Please allow at least 20 business days for this request to complete.

 

QLD/SA

  • You must have an active Sumo account.
  • You can email the request directly to connections@sumo.com.au
  • Please include the following details: Account number, customer name, site address, meter number and date site is vacant from.
  • Please allow at least 20 business days for this request to complete.
